2023 Booking Info

We’re going sailing again. Things will operate a little different this time. You’ll book from our cabin block directly with Royal Caribbean. Booking in our block benefits both you and our group as a whole. Cabins in our block have a lowest price guarantee, so if at any time they sell cabins outside of our block cheaper, let us know, and we’ll all get a lower price. Additionally, the more cabins we sell in our block, the more access we will get to function rooms for our special events. There will be no con badges. Just get a cabin and come have fun. We’ll have the Naruto Run Bar Crawl, the Beach Cosplay Contest, and meetups again. We’ll add more activities as we get closer to the cruise and based on what function rooms we get.

These rates are valid up until July 2nd. After that date, when you call to book, you will receive the lowest rate available at that time. If the rate continues to remain the same as listed below, you will be offered that rate, just note that there is a possibility that there may be a rate increases.

Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses (in USD )

Taxes and Fees $ 102.97 per person

Royal Caribbean International shall be prepaid for all departure taxes, custom fees, airport facility charges, and

any and all other applicable fees in effect at the time of sailing. The Fees are subject to change without notice.

 

Gratuities (in USD )

Gratuities are recommended to be prepaid for the group at the rate of $ 43.50 per person for the entire cruise.

This gratuity includes for the stateroom steward, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter.

Suite Gratuities (in USD )

Gratuities are recommended to be prepaid for the group at the rate of $ 52.50 per person for the entire cruise.

This gratuity includes for the stateroom steward, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter.

 

Booking Procedure

In order to book in the Colossalcon Block rate you need to do the following:

  1. Call Royal Caribbean International at 1-800-465-3595 Option 4.
  2. Mention our group number (Group # 5954364). You MUST mention this number in order to be a part of the Colossalcon group and get our rate.
  3. Guests will be required to provide the following information at time of booking:

          -Proper Deposit (room deposit is $200 and that does not need to be paid until July 2. (we know Colossalcon just happen and we are looking out for you)

 

Payment Schedule for Interior, Ocean view, Standard Balcony, Triples, Quads, and Suites 

Deposit of $200.00 per stateroom is due no later than 7/2/2022

Final Payments are due no later than 12/11/2022.

 

Cancellation Charges

To avoid charges, a cancellation must be made prior to the final payment date. If a booking was made using the Non-Refundable Deposit Promotional Rate, please refer to the individual booking invoice for deposit restrictions. The schedule below outlines our current cancellation fee guidelines. Individual Expenses

The price of the Cruise includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation (tendering), most meals, some non-alcoholic beverages and most entertainment onboard the ship.

The Cruise price does not include;

  • Air transportation
  • Ground transportation
  • Shore excursions
  • Meals and accommodations ashore *exceptions may apply
  • Select Beverages or Beverage Packages
  • Photographs
  • Gratuities
  • Telephone calls
  • Specialty restaurants

Also not included are purchases from ship stores or items of a personal nature, such as medical services,

laundry services, spa treatments or salon services etc.

 

Fit to Travel Policy

If a pregnant guest has entered or will be entering their 24th week before or during the cruise, they are NOT ABLE to travel. Guests who are pregnant and under 23 weeks of pregnancy for the length of the cruise must

have a fit to travel note from their physician. Guests with a disability are not required to travel with another

person as a condition for traveling on our ships. However, our personnel are not required to perform personal tasks (e.g. assisting with eating, dressing, toileting or lifting) and therefore, guest requiring assistance with these functions should consider these needs when making a booking. If there is a question regarding the guest’s fitness to travel without personal assistance, this must be discussed with our Access Department.

 

Infant Policy

Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise and/or CruiseTour. For transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii, select South American and other selected cruises and/or CruiseTours, the infant must be at least 12 months old as of the first day of the cruise/CruiseTour. For the purposes of this policy, any cruise that has 3 or more days consecutive at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise/CruiseTour.

 

Single Occupancy

Single occupancy fares are 200% prior to taxes and fees. Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to limit the number of single occupancy staterooms.
